Richie 'Hot As Hell' Foley

Based on a frame from the Static Shock episode "A League if Their Own Part Two." The DVD was kind of fuzzy so most of him I fudged it. And for the love of Bob do not comment on his hands. *groans* I can't see his hands that well in the frame to get them done so I gave give him hand like shapes. My scanner killed my kick ass shading. *sighs* Also one more thing... HE"S SO FREAKING HOT! *dies from the sexiness that is Richie* I :heart; Richie Foley!
