Dont ForgetI use to have a friend. He was very dear to me. I knew him since the day I was born. He’s older than me by only a few days. Our Mothers use to joke and say that he was born before me so he could always be there for me. I remember one day when we were kids as we were playing in his Mother’s garden. I asked him if the thing that our Mothers said about him being born before me so he could always be there for me. I was kneeling on the ground and as I looked up I remember him saying “Yes.” I can still remember the look on his face. I don’t know how to describe it, but it made me feel warm inside.
